M?c tiêu: So sa?nh hiê?u qua? d?? pho?ng và ?i?u tr? tu?t huyê?t a?p c?a ph??ng pháp truy?n t?nh m?ch liên t?c v?i tiêm ng?t quãng noradrenalin trong gây tê tu?y sô?ng ?? m? lâ?y thai. Ph??ng nghiên c?u: Ti?n c?u, th? nghi?m lâm sàng ng?u nhiên có so sánh. Có 120 BN GTTS l?y thai phân b? 2 nhóm b?ng nhau. Trình t? ti?n hành: C? hai ???c d?ch tinh th? tr??c li?u 10 ml/kg. khe L2-3. Li?u Bupivacain theo chi?u cao (7,5 mg- 8,5 mg). ? I: 0,05 mcg /kg / phút sau t?ng gi?m ph?m vi 0-60 ml. II: d? phòng 1 5 µg ml c? t?t HA (5 ml) cách nhau ??n khi v? bình th??ng. Truy?n xong oxytoxin d?ng t?c. ?ánh giá: thay ??i HA, noradrenalin, thông s? truy?n. K?t qu?: I h?n II ? T3,T4 T9. T?ng noradrenaline ( 44,7 ± 12,8 mcg) nhi?u (11,1 7,8 mcg).
